Ale Aslyum operates the only bottling facility in Madison. Their beer is unfiltered and all natural. They use no additives, preservatives, fruit, horse hooves, fish guts, or extracts.

Big Bay Brewing Company was founded in 2010 and produces a handful of beers and two brands of soda. Their tasting room in Shorewood is a great way to experience all the offerings from Milwaukee's newest brewery.

Capital Brewery was founded on March 14, 1984. Located in a former egg processing plant building. Much of the brewing equipment currently used in the brewery, including the two copper brewing kettles, came from the Hoxter Brewery in Germany.

In 1856, Joshua C. Gray an Irish immigrant, started a brewing business in Janesville, Wisconsin. Over 150 years and five generations later, the Gray family continues a tradition that has proudly made the Gray Brewing Company one of the oldest family-owned beverage companies in the nation.

The Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company is the seventh oldest brewery in the United States. It was the waters of the Chippewa River, Duncan Creek and the Big Eddy Springs where Jacob Leinenkugel found a home for his brewery in 1867.

Founded in November 16, 1998, Tyranena Brewing Company began operations on October 21, 1999. Tyranena's tasting room seats 35 and has puzzles and games available for visitors to play with.
